The Evolution of Food Waste Initiative is a collaborative project focusing on one of the greatest issues we face in the industry: food waste. This initiative is led by the Research Chefs Association Student Committee with the goal of finding innovative ways to reuse or reduce food waste. Evolution of Food Waste Product Development Competition
