Discussing the future of food with a new generation of Culinologists has just taken another step forward – forward into the online radio world of podcasting!

We’re excited to announce that RCA Membership Committee volunteer Certified Culinary Scientist (CCS®) Kimberly Schaub has started a long-term podcast series for The Culinologist on her podcast, PeasOnMoss.

Join Kimberly each week to listen to interviews of fellow RCA members who tell their stories, how they found the RCA, and their expectations for the future of the industry. You can stream or download the episodes to your smart phone and listen at your convenience. New episodes post every weekend.

We kick off The Culinologist Podcast with RCA Student Committee President Philip Saneski, who shares his path from the line through pastry and to Culinology®. He also just returned from the IFT conference and has developed some great connections with the IFT Student Association and describes some of the collaborative activities they’ve brainstormed.
